Hi my name is Niki and I have been an Early Childhood Teacher / Nanny for the past 9 years, I have always loved yoga, doing stretches in the lounge as a young child... I stated practicing seriously 5 years ago and haven’t looked back as the benefits are endless and it makes me so happy! This is something I would love to share with Children as they are born yogis flexible, full of natural wisdom, Radiant, aware and so absorbent ….
Yoga is beneficial for children in many ways. Because children encounter emotional, social, and physical challenges or conflicts, a dedicated and intentional fun filled yoga practice that includes breathing techniques, behavioral guidelines, relationship building and physical postures can be incredibly valuable for them.
