Lauren is incredibly passionate about her role as Sales Manager at Harcourts North Shore Central, her enthusiasm and energy are infectious. She is a hands on manager, consistently finding ways to engage her team, inspiring them to perform at their best and leading by example with professionalism, commitment and integrity.

17 years ago Lauren began her real estate career as a property manager for top end rental properties in the Waikato and in 2003 re-located to Auckland where she continued to immerse herself in the property market through investing, renovating and selling properties.

She has experienced many different property cycles over the years, which has given her an in-depth understanding of market trends and the real estate world in general. This past experience combined with her natural ability to understand others needs and her positive outlook on life makes her an integral part of this successful Harcourts Cooper and Co team.
