Zumba® is the most awesome workout ever!! You will have so much fun you won't even realise you are burning calories. It's what we call, exercise in disguise!!

Zumba has been the catalyst for change in our lives in lots of ways and we want to help make the change in you. Our classes are non threatening, fun enviroments where we encourage you to be yourself and dance the night away.

Kat became an instructor in May 2015 and is trained in Zumba®, Zumba® Glutes, Zumba® Carribian and Zumba® Plate which is the nutritional programme to help you not only burn the calories dancing but to help you eat right as well.

Will became an instructor in Sep 2013 and as well as Zumba has come from teaching 5 years of teaching Fight classes at a local gym. Will is trained in Zumba® and Zumba® Glutes.
