Terangi Maeva is a soft tissue therapist

She started her massage journey at the North London School of Sports Massage, in London on a Diploma Level 5 in Remedial and Sports Massage Therapy in 2011.
During this time, she worked as the Student Sport Masseur for London Wasps Rugby club before progressing to become the Sport Masseur for Rosslyn Park Rugby Club, London from 2011-12 and 2012–2013.
She provided massage services for marathon runners helping them achieve their goals as well as supporting CLIC Sargent Children’s Cancer Charity and their London Marathon runners for 3 years, providing post event massage.
She was also appointed Sports Masseur for the BDO 40-strong cycle team, cycling from John O’Groats to Land’s End in July 2012 and was a sports masseur for the Bedford Acclimatisation camp for Para-Olympic Athletes, as part of the Para-Olympics in 2012.
Terangi has moved from busy London to Hawkes Bay where she is opening a new clinic in Hastings.
She uses postural assessment and range of motion testing to deliver treatments tailored to meets your needs. Whether a sub-accute soft tissue injuries sustained through sports or chronic conditions developed in the work place, Terangi uses general massage techniques as well as Muscle Energy Techniques (MET) and Soft Tissue Release (STR) to help restore function and relieve pain.
