I created JUSTBEAUTY to enhance the natural beauty that all people possess. At JUSTBEAUTY our aim is to supply cosmetics to New Zealanders for affordable prices and import international brands to fill the need of our local and national markets.

Why? I love what I do and I want to share this experience with others. I personalized my business and I bring my very own style that will not hinder over the years due to the personal relationships I build with my customers. Success tends to destroy the personal touch in companies, and even if I expand to 2 stores 10 stores or even 1000 stores this 1st store will always be kept and dressed by yours truly :D. This is not only a business but a way to make others feel confident, increase self-esteem and interact with other beautiful people like themselves through our annual events.

Payments:
We only accept bank transfer unless discussed otherwise.
Once we have confirmed your order, you will be given the amount that is required, please transfer this amount to the bank account that we have provided for you . Once we see payment, we will dispatch your item on our postage day. Tracking number is available.

Privacy:
All information shared with Justbeauty will not be given out to any other parties. The addresses will solely be used for posting cosmetic or competition items only. This information will not be shared with any third party.

Layby:
$30.00 non-refundable deposit is required
ONLY available for purchases $80 and over
Items purchased must be paid within 4 weeks.
By using this method, this means you have agreed to these terms.

PRE ORDERS
We will post up the items we are currently Pre-Ordering. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your items. Information about shipping will be on the post allocated to the item you have requested, these are from official sites or suppliers we have dealt with so shipping times will vary. If you do realize you do not want the item you are able to let someone else take over payments to get the 50% deposit back. Please let us know if this happens.

Lost items/Damaged goods:
If you haven't received your item you can lodge an inquiry on the website (Please supply them with the tracking number we have given you). If it says "delivered" and yet you still haven't received your item, you can lodge an inquiry.
If it says “Not yet scanned”, you can also lodge an inquiry.
All postage items have insurance of up to $250 (It states on their website). If this happens to you please let us know and we will help you as much as we can. We are all about solutions not problems.

Refunds:
Refunds will only be given with proof of damaged or lost items. Please note refunds will not be given for stolen items or damages that are not proven. Photo is required.
Post that says “delivered” via tracking method will not be refunded if not found.
Please contact us if this happens to you and we will discuss it from there.
*It is always best to give the address that will be occupied when the courier driver comes (home or work).
