I am a qualified personal and group trainer. I have a very diverse athletic back ground, but from an early I had a particular interest in ball sports; specifically rugby, touch and basketball.
It is from my interest in sports that I became passionate about health and fitness. I am an advocate of functional exercises and believe that good core strength, flexibility, movement, and diet are the keys to success.
