Working with people to facilitate the positive changes they desire has always been a passion of mine. The services available at Illumination can enable you to find what works for you to make the choices for a happier, healthier life.

Remedial BodyWork and Massage Therapy are a great way to reconnect with your body, and to manage specific muscular pain and tension. Ranging from deep work to relaxation massage, you choose what will best suit your needs.

As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, and drawing on continued study in esoteric psychology, a private and confidential space is provided at Illumination to begin addressing the issues which you may be allowing to hold you back from living the life you want to live. Problems with alcohol and other drug use and gambling are particular interests of mine to work with.

With experience in working with both the body and the mind, we can also work together to discover how this specific connection manifests as "issues in the tissues" so as to move on from emotional and physical pain and dis-ease.

I consider it an honor and a privilege to work closely with you as an individual, and am happy to answer any questions you may have which will hopefully help in you taking the first step towards healing - whatever that means for you.
