Grassroots is a vibrant community driven yoga studio offering group yoga classes for all levels of ability.

We specialize in a dynamic and empowering style of hatha yoga in which skillful physical alignment is woven into playful, progressive flow. We encourage our students to move through their practice with awareness, intention, playfulness, and heart.

All classes are taught by highly trained teachers who are influenced by Anusara, Vinyasa, and Therapeutic yoga.

We offer the South Island's only in-house 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program registered and recognized by the international goverining body of yoga - Yoga Alliance - and we host regular workshops with world renowned teachers.
