I am a wholefoods lover, and call myself a 'flexitarian'. This means, I consume consciously. No rules, no scales just eating with loving my body in mind.

On my page, you'll find me advocating about the best superfood I have come across which is micronised purple rice. It is an organic, non GMO, heirloom purple rice classed as a super functional food. High in anthocyanins (antioxidants that come from the purple colour), it is a complete food comprising of amino acids, essential sugars, phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals. You've got to try it!

Coming soon, I will have my aromatherapy range and specialty products as well as homebotanicals (herbal medicine range). I have only supported my families well being and illnesses with earths offerings and I look forward to sharing how you can support your family holistically too.
