Fetch Hockey

Preseason Hockey Academy, which is run in Term 1 each year in Christ">Fetch is a hockey coaching academy designed to help you reach your potential as a hockey player. Fetch is based on similar coaching models from Golf and Tennis where players train in small groups and receive more feedback. Fetch focuses heavily on skill development and developing decision-making through drills and modified small games. Fetch has run successfully in Christchurch for eight years.

Fetch is open to players who are over 7 years old and up to 18 (or year 13 at school in 2013). The program consists of seven training sessions. We run training groups every evening from Monday to Friday . Dates January 27 until March 14. Players train in groups of 6 players once a week for 90 minutes. Trainings will be held at St Andrews College, Papanui.
