Dunedin Psychology is a clinical psychology practice that specialises in treating people with depression, anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, and sleep disorders. We use a range of proven techniques, including cognitive behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, to help our clients cope with their symptoms and work towards recovery.
