Open now in Te Awamutu, we are committed to supporting you to be healthier, fitter and more powerful through the use of CrossFit programmes and philosophy.

CrossFit is for everyone and anyone, which is one of its attractions – gender, age, disability, health issues – none of those are a barrier to stepping into the box and working with a skilled trainer to achieve your goals, and to improve your health and wellbeing.

What we want to achieve is simple – we want to support and enable you to be the best you can be.

We want to share our knowledge to inform others how to be functional, fit, and healthy. We want to build a community spirit and culture that encourages others to join the journey, where we help prepare each other for a long and healthy life, mobile and free from pain and incapacity.
