Crossfit Onehunga is Onehunga's newest Crossfit Affiliate. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment that our members want to return to!


Our team are passionate about health and fitness! We know that Crossfit works and we want to share it with you. Our Crossfit classes are led by our experienced coaches in a group setting. Never again will you be left to do your own thing. Our classes will keep you engaged, learning and most of all having fun while achieving your fitness goals.

Crossfit is for anyone! Forget the elite videos you've seen online. Mums/Dads/Male or Female, any ages, our sessions can be altered to suit your ability to ensure you that you get your value for money and achieve what YOU want to achieve.

If you have never done Crossfit before, we require that you enroll in our On-Ramp beginners program. This 8 session program covers the basics of Crossfit and overall prepares you to join our community.
