Corrie Skells- getting healthy for the good of it

I am inspired by living healthy. I am on a mission to EDUCATE people about living safer, healthier lives. I want to provide information and tips to help others.
Arbonne is part of my inspiration- it is a company that enables people to improve their lives. If I wanted to change my life by eating healthy, I realised I had to also look at what I was putting ON my and my family's skin. I now use Vegan, botanical products for my skin and hair. I also supplement with Pea Protein, Fibre and fruit and veg powder that are all Vegan and Kosher.

I love this journey. It will never be over as we should all keep learning. I'm open-minded and always keen to learn new information and meet new people. Feel free to share!
