Located near the Martinborough town square, it’s a comfortable walk to the Square, its cafes and restaurants, and in close proximity to vineyards, golf course and other local attractions that have made Martinborough one of New Zealand's most popular places to visit.

When you're not out and about enjoying Martinborough life why not kick back and enjoy a BBQ on the private sunny deck. Or you might like to partake in a wine under the verandah whilst watching the sky change colour as the sun goes down.

In the colder months you can enjoy the warmth of the flued gas heater and electric blankets on your bed!

The property has 2 bedrooms in the main house with queen size beds.

The third bedroom is a newly furnished internally accessed sleepout that includes 1 or 2 single beds, perfect for children.

The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower and there is a separate toilet for added convenience.

Check in is any time after 2pm, check out by 10.30am on day of departure. Late check out possible, please enquire.
