Chris’ determination to provide professional service with clear and transparent communication is paramount. Having recently relocated from Christchurch and previously the Waikato with 17 years’ experience in the property industry she is proud to now be a part of the nationally recognised Harcourts Cooper & Co group based at the Albany office and able to list and sell anywhere in the Auckland, North Shore & Rodney region.

Successful real estate careers in Hamilton and latterly Christchurch combined with previous experience with reputable Bay of Plenty property development companies Grasshopper Properties and Carrus Corporation have given Chris the skills and service ethic which are such an integral part of assisting customers with sourcing suitable property options and purchase negotiations.

Her natural enthusiasm for people and property is evident as she has slotted into her role,
she prides herself on setting exemplary standards and being respectful to the needs of all clients.

Chris has always been involved with local initiatives and ‘giving back’ to the communities that have supported her. She was actively involved in community service work through her previous employment in Hamilton & Christchurch, and also as an events co-ordinator for Waikato Diocesan School where she connected with a wide range of people on many levels.

Chris has a reputation for her professional and caring approach, her bubbly personality and wonderful sense of humour. Her straightforward manner ensures that there is clarity, integrity and openness throughout the process.

She is the proud Mum of two adult daughters and lives locally with her partner Colin. After more than a decade of holidaying in the region, Chris feels she has come “home” and is proud to be a permanent resident of the beautiful Hibiscus Coast.
