10 years back a small food caravan started serving street food from Mumbai, which led to successful launch of full fledged Marathi cuisine restaurant abroad by the name of Curry Mantra. In first couple of years it ranked as top three Indian restaurant businesses. Last year we decided to focus on styling, bringing up the You Tube videos about simplified Marathi recipes with the scientific approach of owner / chef Makarnd Karkhanis
