Cabbage Tree Photography

I really enjoy making photos that you'll smile at when you look at them. They should ignite the moment or the reason the photo was taken. For this reason I prefer to take photos on location rather than in a studio. Photos taken at your home, your favourite park, your workplace or anywhere where you do your stuff! That way the emotion is captured in the shot creating a treasure to be truly proud of!

Although my photography work goes under the name Cabbage Tree Photography, my company name is officially Hyphen-ate and it explains a bit about who I am...

cre-ate - websites, print design
pixel-ate - photography
organise-ate - sports event management and team building through my company Lactic Turkey Events
calcul-ate - contracting financial controller/commercial manager (this is what my first qualifications were and what I put on all those forms - you might have guessed by now I'm not your traditional beanie!)

My photography has grown from a wee hobby taking photos of my family (wife and 3 girls under 10yrs) to taking photos at events I organise, then more recently some corporate shoots and portraits of friends and extended family. I have just completed some further study and now I'm ready to share my photography, so I'm very keen to take photos for YOU!
