Why Butterfly?

An Extra Brain and / or a Toolkit...

...thats how I see myself.

It's not that I know more than you (although I may know or have experienced things that are different to you). It's that I can be your "Extra Brain", one that is concentrating on a specific issue, challenge or project. A brain that has worked in this sector and so is comfortable in your environment, but that doesn’t also have to concentrate on the day-to-day running of your organisation. I am also a fresh brain, with fresh eyes and a natural solution finder. I can be the Butterfly that can escape the woods and therefor not be blinded by the trees.

And / or I can be a toolkit. I have experienced a wide range of different environments, geographically and organisationally. I have utilised and learnt from a whole range of different tools and I have a large number at my disposal that may well be what you need to make the difference that you are seeking to make. And if the right one doesn't exist yet, then I have the time and the headspace to create one. See, back to that "Extra Brain" again.
