Everything we serve such as our smoothie bowls, raw treats and paleo muffins are a great source of energy, fuelled with multiple antioxidants and organic (when possible) ingredients.

Our smoothie bowls help you reach your 5+a day and boost your nutrient intake. All of the B&A bowls are all the 'free's (gluten, sugar, and dairy) and always include a superfood, a variety of fresh fruit, veggies, and nuts.
