The tradition of sheep milking goes back centuries and can be traced back to strong roots in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern countries. It is fitting, therefore, that the inspiration for Blue River products come from this part of the world. The Blue River range of products includes whole sheep milk powder and award winning cheeses.
