Bay Aerobics

Aerobic gymnastics is dance, tumbling, strength, fitness, flexibility, gymnastics skills, tricking, balance and fun. We are a competitive club which means their is the opportunity for all athletes from beginner to advanced level to compete in local, regional and national competitions.
