Auckland Property Management is not the largest Property Management or Body Corporate Secretarial Company in New Zealand and it would be fair to say that we do not aim to be the largest; we simply aim to be the best. Many of our clients of both property management and our body corporate administration divisions have come to us from much larger management companies and after a short time have commented on how very pleasantly surprised they have been by the very personal service. Our team of nine full time Property Managers and letting agents as well as many other key staff members are all certified and licensed Real Estate Professionals. Our commitment to ongoing industry specific training for our staff ensures we remain conversant with the latest developments in systems, legislation, technologies and techniques.
