Welcome to Ashlea Nicole Health and Fitness!

After losing nearly 20kgs on a personal health and fitness journey, I have found my passion in the industry and want to help others achieve the results they are after, whether that be weight/fat loss or strength.

I am currently studying a certificate in Advanced Personal Training through the wonderful Fit College New Zealand and hope to be a fully qualified Personal Trainer by the end of 2017.
