A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ANGE:

Your Health Exercise Lifestyle Speacilist is a qualified Personal Training that is very passionate about helping men and women acheive their health and fitness goals whatever they may be. I like to have that friendship relationship with all my clients so you too get excited to come hang out with me while your health and fitness is in my hands.

I studied at the Max International College for Fitness professionals, have a current first aid and am REPS registered and am also a trainer for BEEZ mode fitness which is a group fitness class called PHOS FIT Explode.

I enjoy training myself and also believe that being a walking billboard is very important so you have to practise what you preach. I weight train and do High intensity Cardio type training 5 days per week. I have an awesome partner Kodye who has been nothing but supportive and have a dog called Saint who is a German Shepherd that definately keeps me on my feet, he walks me as oppose to me walking him and also have two cats Boss and Possum who are nothing but mischief.
