We provide;
- Advocacy, prevention and education and awareness,
- Accredited Visiting Services (AVS),
- Social Isolation.
- Health promotion,
- Counselling,
- Healthy Ageing Together group (H.A.T.)
- Exercise and resistance training with a local personal trainer.
